Permit Addendum (PDF) - The Permit Addendum is required for all projects.

Building Permit Application (PDF) - This application is used for the majority of projects such as: Decks, Sheds, Roofs, Additions, Remodeling, Commercial Projects, Patios, Garage & Garage Conversion, Gazebos, Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeling, Fireplaces, Windows and Doors.

Home Owner Letter of Intent (PDF) - To be filled out by a home owner listed on a permit as performing work on the project.
